In this subject the principal aim was PCB designer.
I worked in the design of a PCB for a remote-controlled ship controller.
For this project I had to use Altium Designer to the PCB design, Solidwork to 3D models and LT SPICE to simulate the circuits.
Here you can see the documentation about my project or if you prefer you can download it.
In this subject I solved some problems about a heat-bed and amplifiers.
A heat-bed is a PCB used for a 3D printer, the heat bed heats up when it works.
Besides I designed amplifiers with some conditions and requirements.
You can find information about this work in the next link:
Microstrip trasmission line are very used to microwaves applications, Microstrip lines can be fabricated using printed circuit board technology.
It consists of a conducting strip separated from a ground plane by a dielectric layer known as the substrate.
Microwaves components like mixers, antennas, filters or power dividers can be done with this technology.
I studied the behaviour and the charactericts of two Microstrip lines using Python overall about the power losses.
One of the two Microstrip lines was done with Nelco-6000-SI PC board and the other was done with FR-4 substrate.
Here you can download the study of both lines and here you can see it:
Solidworks is a 3D CAD software tool integrated with analytical tools and design automation to help stimulate physical behaviour such as kinematics, dynamics, stress, deflection, vibration, temperatures or fluid flow to suit all types of design.
We use Solidwork for 3D designs.

In this subject I learnt how to solder SMD components in a PCB, I was practicing using a Kit practice.
The circuit I solded was a rotating LED.
The circuit was done with a counter and a BJT Transistor conected to each LED to control when they were on or off.
Finally my circuit was like this:
